Most AI coding advice focuses on software engineering. Data engineers, the people building pipelines, data models, and shipping data products, are left figuring out what applies to their world. New AI frameworks and approaches appear every week. It’s hard to navigate what actually works in an enterprise context.
I bridge this gap. I write about software engineering with AI and show how proven approaches apply to data. Twenty years of doing both. Founded a SaaS company automating Data Vault modeling. Today, as Senior Engineering Manager at Exasol (a high-performance analytical database), I lead international teams building software in the data space with AI. This isn’t theory. It’s what I do every day.
